Store Policy

We want every order from carddesign.skin to feel as premium as the product itself. This page explains how we handle orders, returns, and customer care so you always know what to expect.

Orders

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email with the items, totals, and shipping address. If anything looks wrong, write to us within 24 hours so we can update the order before it is dispatched.

Returns & refunds

Because every skin is cut and packed for a specific card, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or that do not match the design you ordered. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Quality

Each skin is made from premium vinyl with a protective laminate. Minor variations in colour or texture between batches are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil and ship your order. We never sell or rent customer data, and payment details are handled entirely by our payment partner.
